Jonathan Toribio's office literally has the best customer service ever! I don't usually leave reviews but I felt it was the least I could do after how extremely helpful and patient Claudy has been!!! Not to mention the best coverage and prices. Claudy went out of her way to inform me of extra discounts I could use and worked with my crazy schedule and different needs, to not only give my family and I the best coverage and deal but price as well! The ease of communicating and getting things done, was also top tier! I vote Claudy for a raise LOL best customer service ever, which in no doubt is a great reflection of this office. Thanks!

I have been with State Farm since I got my first car. Everywhere I've lived the agents have been good or great. Jonathan is pushing the needle to great. He has the knowledge of all the insurance questions regarding auto and home. Jonathan is also ready to assist you with banking, health insurance, renters insurance, recreational vehicles are some of the areas that State Farm offers insurance. I have been using the State Farm office since I moved back to GA in 2017. I recommend giving him a call.

Legacy policyholders. Whole family has been with them for decades. New guy shows up, rates skyrocket. Zero loyalty to long-term customers, so zero loyalty in return. Also, forgetful and slow customer service. Called the office one day and spoke with someone who didn't even turn his radio off while he talked to me. Recommended I shop around for better rates. Can't wait to change.
